Use your website as a portal for your clients and prospects to engage them more with your company. For example a backend where clients can login and view their invoices and delivery-orders, support-tickets, or change their contact details. Interaction between YESCRM and website can be established either via an API, or by creating your own HTML pages in YESCRM and place them as iframes on your website.

When you create your own HTML pages in YESCRM you could embed these into your website in order display survey-pages, information-forms, or new registrations. Because of such integration the data is exchanged in real-time so you will always have access to the latest info.

Alternatively you can use the API for data exchange in order to hook up with third-partie software and web-shops, offering an even bigger freedom in integration.
